The Functional fitness / HYROX Zone & trial fitness classes
Be among the first to step into the brand-new Functional Fitness / HYROX performance area at Acorns Health & Fitness. We are opening our doors early for an exclusive "test drive" period before our official grand opening.
Alongside the new area, we are trialing a range of new fitness classes for you to try.
These bookings slots are only available to those aged 18+
Securing your spot is simple! Tap 'Make A Booking' from the app menu, find your preferred session or class in the list, and hit book. Done!
Phase 1: Open Sessions
Monday 20th April – Sunday 3rd May
One-hour open slots to train and explore the area.
Just like our standard class bookings, you can only book your slot up to 7 days in advance.
Each 60-minute session is strictly limited to 20 people maximum to ensure plenty of space and kit access.

Trial Fitness Classes (Phase 2)
Monday 4th May – Wednesday 6th May
We are delighted to introduce our new programme of trial classes, designed to showcase the very best of our Functional Fitness Suite alongside the calm and restorative setting of our other new area - The Garden Suite.
These sessions cater to all fitness levels. Each class is delivered by experienced instructors with a strong emphasis on quality coaching and inclusivity.

Yin Sound Sanctuary Garden Suite (Kelly) A deeply calming session combining gentle mobility and sound therapy. Note: Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for maximum comfort. |

Important Information
- Staff Support: A member of the gym team will be present throughout to assist with equipment and take your feedback.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and meet in main reception.
- Safety Waiver: All participants must sign a safety waiver upon arrival as we conclude the final stages of building sign-off.
